I have Supercover for my two children's mobile phones. In the last year I have had to make a claim for both of these for accidental damage.
Supercover personnel were polite and efficient and, quite rightly, were thorough in their investigation of each claim to ensure the claims were genuine.
From start to finish of the claims, it took around a week to get the phones back in working order which seems pretty reasonable to me.
If it were possible to have a multi phone policy I would find this useful.
