Ordered a christmas rose plant for my mother in law who is 87 and ill at the moment . The plant did not have my message on and who it was from which resulted in her having to ring round family to find out who it was from !!! ( not what you need when your ill ). When I contacted MS i eventually got through to a rather smug woman who said she could only apologise !!! Yes I do hope someone with customer sovereignty does listen to my call for training purposes. MS unlike other large retailers seem to overlook the legal implications when you pay for goods on a credit card that have come up short of expectations . This is called breach of contract !!! Any buisness especially the large retailers would want repeat custom. Looking at the other reviews on this page it seems MS flowers and plants fall well short of that and I will most defiantly not be placing and order in the future.
