This company is a joke.
Told by customer service that there were no Sure Signal boxes in stock for despatch and that I should pick one up in store. This was after requesting PAC code because of poor signal.
Customer services MUST be aware that this item isn't in stock anywhere. Hasn't been in stock for two months at Canterbury so asked staff member to try Ashford. Also no stock. No idea when stock would be available and no offer to look into this.
Based on not just my own but friends/family experience of this company, their days are numbered.
