“Funeral Flowers - nothing like the picture ”

I ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral last week.
We saw the display for the first time when sat in the church. I was very disappointed - as had paid a lot of money for the White lilies - ON the website the display was stunning - the flowers were open. Unfortunately the ones we had were mostly tightly closed!!
I contacted them a couple of days later - and was told as I had only ordered 4 days before the funeral the lilies had not had time to open. They said as I did not have a picture - they couldn't do anything. I explained it was NOT appropriate to stand up during the funeral service to take pictures.
At NO stage during the ordering did the website flag any issues - nor did they phone me in the days before the funeral.
I have been trying to contact them since and they are not replying to any e mails.
DO NOT USE.
