“Couldn't do anything at all!”

I tried to make a card for my best friend via the Moonpig app, but every time I tried to pay (tried via card & PayPal), the app automatically shut! So then j went to the website, and guess what? It won't let me upload my image! I've never been more frustrated with Moonpig in my life.
