Ordered above item on Wednesday - arrived Friday afternoon. Instructions for delivery clearly labelled on packaging and acted upon by courier, unlike some other firms. Bargain price and free delivery! Haven't used yet but will try out on my own fruit trees over the weekend, before taking out in the van on Monday. Only criticism was that lopper head was rather stuffed into the box, which bent the backing with instructions. Otherwise very happy.
Note for World of...... there could be a bug on your website as Mcaffee warned me not to go into one area of the ordering pages, which I ignored. I did however check you existed for real using Google streetview.
