“attrocious service constant lies do not use. wait for...”

Outrageous received numerous emails saying when i would receive my parcel of 2 different T-shirts. Day after told stock low sent different item and hoped was ok. Told same day that i would receive parcel following day. Telephoned Jacamo pressing and saying answeres on pre recorded messages and they kept hanging up. After 4 telephone calls later with the phone getting cut off. Telephoned jacamo excuses galore was told the emails i received were not sent to me i was apparently lying when i gave all the details on the emails and reference numbers i was told "oh yes you are right its the delivery companies fault". and that Hermes were really busy and informed Jacamo that there was a delay even though i paid next day delivery could take 7-10 days and would get postage refunded and would get parcel following day or day after that hopefully. Not good when coming up to christmas when this was for a birthday present. i Telephoned following day because wondered when parcel could be expected by them contacting Hermes to be told that they had received the parcel back from Hermes to Jacamo. I could however reorder the original items for new delivery. Not good when every person spoke to different lies.Not sure when i will eventually get my refund back after being told by 2 seperate people the time limit is different but end of the day they are telesales staff and they dont care. Take your money immediately and when their fault you have to wait. no compensation for numerous phone calls, inconvenience or having to have day off work etc waiting for parcel that not going to arrive.
