“Useless Battery”

I bought a battery from these people and followed their instructions precisely, as regard going down to 3% then charging etc.

The battery drained in MINUTES, awful, and 9, that is NINE, emails later nobody has replied. Their call/live chat never works so I am left hanging.

I wish I could do more to absolutely destroy companies like this. I am mad.
