“Bad deal”

I purchased one 2 years ago on QVC. It was a great iron and I particularly liked ironing with steam without a burning hot plate to scorch my clothes. Unfortunately, it died after about a year. I bought another one it also died after about one year. I sent the second one back to Redfern for repair and they were going to charge me more to fix it than if I purchased a new one (plus shipping). Poor consumer service.
