Bought a bed Sunday and was told next day delivery. As I was in work Monday & Tuesday I put a note on the purchase saying 'Wednesday as I will be in'. I called the customer service number Tuesday lunch time to be told "delivery will be tomorrow, call us about 10am and we can give you a time slot" now with my parter being 39 weeks pregnant I thought the service was great so far and decided to get rid of the old bed Wednesday morning once I got confirmation of delivery time. Wednesday phone call: spoke to a woman who confirmed 2pm-4pm so I got rid of my bed! NO PHONE CALL FROM THEM so at 6 I called to be told the drivers 'taco' had ran out??? What a load of bull! With no bed and my partner ready to give birth she had to stay elsewhere!!! I decided to wait as she promised it would be out tomorrow (Thursday). Thursday phone call: "bed will be with you between 2-4pm.......
Now I've waiting patiently all day to now be told the van has broken down.... This company is a joke..... Do not buy anything from here ......
When I called back the office was conveniently closed when I called this time yesterday????? JOKE
So I've now got to spend more money with a proper company who can deliver before my parter gives birth......
