Good Points
Apart from the usual, keypad security code.

Bad Points
On sms, a space takes up 2 characters, unreliable thermo, glitch on calendar notes (appears as boxes when over 40), volume level 3-5 are the same, short battery life.

General Comments
The Nokia 5210 mobile phone is basically an 8210 with a sturdier physique.

The keypad security code is a big plus. It prevents others from using it without your consent and get this: if ever you misplace your phone and another person tries to use it, he'd have to punch in the code (it has to be keypad locked). If he turns it off, he'd have to input a pin code. If he changes sims, another security code. Great anti-use, huh? Reception wise, it doesn't matter - as with every nokia phone a call with under three signal bars is never recommended. The keypads are a bit tough (but anti-spills make up for it) and the volume levels irritate me - they're all the same from 3 up.

what i basically look for in a phone is phonebook memory, caller groups, ringtone composer, calendar, picture editor, infrared. if you're looking for these, might as well buy a 5210 over an 8210 as the shells are worth it.
