“Do ACE actually SELL anything?????”

I ordered from ACE 10 days ago.No goods arrived .I emailed THREE TIMES ,no answer as yet ,I called and no one seemed to know anything!!! WHAT A SHAMBLES .When ordering I noted that most things on show are "out of stock" .ACE online account system has NO RECORD of my email address,it suggests that I phone them AGAIN! or fill in a loooooooong... online form......TBH , I really cant be bothered .I also noted that some of the n ight wear on sale is marked as "keep away from fire" , is that legal? FLAMABLE ATTIRE ???? Maybe its just as well that the DUMB DOPES at ACE are ignoring me , maybe I am safer that way! (LOL) !!! NOTE , that I made just a regular order and not an application for a credit account,so I then wonder what the reason for the NO SHOW of the goods means. Unless they dont have them to sell in the first place. Now , I have been told by a former employee of their sister company, STUDIO 24,that it is usual that the advertise non existant items in order to get people to order the old tat that they do have , that is when the nicer goods are "OUT OF STOCK"....WHAT A SWINDLE!!!!!
