July 2014 purchased a GPS Micro tracking Device for a motorcycle. 7th august not arrived. Customer services via email stated a replacement being despatched.22nd August customer services Not arrived advice another on its way.31st august 2014 Customer Services stopped replying to my emails. October 2014 sent a recorded letter outlining the facts for a refund. The letter was never collected as it could not locate a letterbox at the address given. returned back to me. They have no contact landline. Poor customer services. goods do not exist. how can a company still be allowed to operate.
