“Gave up trying after 10 mins of being kept waiting”

Just called Tesco Mobile to get two 24 month contracts for my children. I have been with Vodafone for nearly 10 years but wanted to change. However, if the Tesco sales team keep me hanging on for so long for a potentially valuable customer then really how bad is their service going to be once I'm tied into a contract with them?! FORGET IT TESCO MOBILE
