“where's my ROUTER?”

I signed up with them on the 11/0 a7/2014. 10 days after i was supposed to get my router, 15 days after i was supposed to get my confirming letter. didn't get anything but they'd been taking money out my bank. Now they want £10 pr month termination fee untill July. why should i pay for a service i havn't had?
