“Terrible shopping experience”

Having ordered a bed online, straight from the start incurred problems with communication over delivery.
Firstly had phone call informing me it could be two weeks for delivery which wasn't a problem, two and a half weeks had passed and still no contact, i phoned them and they told me that they had taken delivery of goods but it hadn't loaded on the system and they would phone me the following day to arrange delivery. No phone call following day so i called them to be told that it was in stock but could not get it on the system and would phone me back the following day. Again waited most of the day for reply i had to phone them yet again. They told me that they would find out was was going on and phone me straight back no contact back what so ever.
Having waited the next day thinking they may have the decency to phone me back to my surprise they did NOT.
I phoned them yet again to be told that the item had not been dispatched and they would phone me back with this i told them if i hadn't got a delivery date by the next day i would be cancelling my order, to my surprise i had a phone call back about half an hour later to arrange delivery for the 5th nov.
Bed arrived on that date and was very relieved to finally have my purchase.
On unpacking the bed noticed a filthy black mark and a slight tear on the corner of the base contacted furniture choice straight away they told me to take photo an email them to them so they could sort something out which i did straight away.
Next day got phone call back asking if they could compensate me by giving me some money back i said no to that but would like a replacement she said that would be fine and would arrange that for me.
After a couple of days i still hadn't had any contact from furniture choice so i phoned them to be left hanging on the phone whilst she consulted one of her colleagues to be asked the same as before a discount off the bed i explained to her i had already been offered this and declined i told her i wanted a replacement she said it would be arranged and i would be contacted next day.
Guess what no contact what a surprise.
Phoned them again at this point i was loosing the will to live so i told them all of the above and that i would like to return the bed and have a refund she said that this would be arranged. The date was agreed for return 19th nov received at text the day before collection telling me between 3.30-6.30 i thought great least now it will be out the way as it was cluttering my hallway up.
Had a day off work waited in from 3pm and to my surprise at 5.55pm had a call telling me that they were very sorry but the van had been held up and that they could not collect till monday 24th nov now ive been very patient with this company so i explained that i needed to buy another bed and could not do so till ive got my money back for the damaged bed that i am returning she told me she would explain this to furniture choice to see if i could get my refund now, im not holding my breath!! My son is now having to sleep on a inflatable air bed thanks for nothing FURNITURE CHOICE.
