I had ordered 2KL03400731 through first cry and its almost 9 days and yet not recd my product. I am trying to get in touch with customer service by call and mail. Still they are not updating on my complaint. I am really shocked the way they are treating customer and not providing any relevant information on delivery. I feel this is the pathetic company without knowing about customer excellence.
