“One.com absolutely awful service (not cheap Internet...”

I opened my account with one and then totally forgot about it following a family death shortly afterwards.. Out of the blue a debt collection agency start making contact about the contract that I had broken and demanded payment for £27.00

The most peculiar part about all of this is my contract had not quite expired and I received no emails from one about anything.

Heavy handed approach and totally unforgivable.

Avoid!
