Ordered a beautiful bouquet for my cousin in USA. Delivery prompt but when my cousin sent a pic of the flowers I was horrified that they were not a patch on the ones advertised. The flowers looked past their sell by date and the roses were diseased. The offending petals had been picked off. Although supposed to have various flowers and fillers, only lilies and roses included. How embarrassing. All this for £55. I have asked for a refund for the flowers NOT included. As yet - no reply!!!!!!!!
