“How can Barclays get it so wrong?”

I've just switched to online banking with Barclays - at the same time I opened a current account with an another bank also with online banking. The difference between the two banks online banking service is like night and day. Barclays has NEVER worked first time, be it faults, server down or just not responding. The other account works so smoothly that I don't see any reason to stick with Barclays when their service is so utterly appalling. Never experienced a website like it. Absolutely nothing good to say about it. To sum it up in one word - AVOID!
