First delivery of parcel failed due to the parcel not being collected on the Friday for a paid Saturday delivery. Customer care did not help me arrange for a new delivery. They did refund me the charge. I had to deal with the delivery company myself as Sports HQ refused to rearrange the delivery for me, this has cost me further to sort this out. Too much hassle when there are other companies much more reliable and same priced items.
