Ordered a wardrobe with next day delivery option but preferred to have it on a different day. Contacted the company who said it would be no problem and I chose a nominated day for delivery instead. The day before item was due to arrive we called them for a rough time slot and they informed us wardrobe wouldn't be coming. (Good job I called and didn't take day off work.)They then said it but would be delivered following week. Tried to call/ email day before this delivery no response. So took day off as assumed it would be coming, kept calling and eventually got through to someone who said "No its not coming. We'll refund you." So they took my money kept it for two weeks, did absolutely nothing and now I'm waiting for refund!
