Good Points
The order was processed very quickly. The systems are built upon order. I ordered the product on the Tuesday and received it on the Friday morning. It was packed so that it was near enough impossible to get damaged in transit.

Bad Points
There was a slight error with the BIOS settings. I contacted Gladiator through their online support and was told to phone their support line. They proved themselves to be very helpful, and I got the problem sorted within minutes. However, it had caused a problem with one of the systems memory sticks. I got back in touch Gladiator, and they sent a technician out in no time. He replaced BOTH RAM cards, and was done in under 10 minutes.

General Comments
They have an excellent range to choose from, and an excellent service towards their customers. They dealt with my issues fairly rapidly. I advise anyone within the UK, or even abroad to look into Gladiator Computers if they're looking for an excellent service and good value for money.
