Ordered flowers for my friend in Alicante on 3/11 to be delivered the next day. Nothing arrived. Email from Flora Queen in the afternoon saying recipient was not recognised at the address!!

They're saying I entered the wrong address. I didn't. I have double checked. I've spent all day yesterday, and all day today trying to get a response out of them. Nothing at all.....

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
