Absolutely awful experience. Have been with them for over 2 years. Had an appointment approved which was valid for 3 months. Changed jobs in the interim but joined Pru again with new place of employment. As there was a 3 day lag between changing companies and I went for the treatment in these 3 days - they have refused to pay the bill. Even though my letter of approval states it was valid for another 3 weeks after my appointment. They also sent me another person's file with my correspondence - utterly outrageous! Customer service at its poorest. Tried speaking to them and the staff were rude, completely unhelpful and basically told me where to go. I was told I could go no further with them and that was it!
