“Vivid Seats not so good with being UN-Corporate-like”

written by MadelineDominguez277 on 05/11/2014

At the time I purchased Stevie Wonder tickets, the closest venue for me in Los Angeles would have been in Oakland or Las Vegas. So, I paid almost $600 for two tickets in Oakland. Over one month later, Stevie Wonder's tour announced they would also be playing in Los Angeles at The Forum. I called Vivid Seats to see if they could simply exchange my two Oakland tickets for any two similar L.A. tickets.

OF COURSE, like any big corporation that doesn't care about customer happiness, they pointed to the contract, which says no exchanges. I get that, but how hard would it be to do a simple exchange... REALLY? C'mon, man.
