“waste of time”

We received the e-ticket saying to arrive at 6pm. So we arrived at 5.30 giving time to get in and park, didn't even get to the car entrance. We were turned away whilst on a roundabout. We were also told we would get an email within 2 days with priority tickets, never got them. I love watching Catchphrase on tv, so was looking forward to it. To annoy me even more when on the bus a few days later there was a lady who said she went on that day and got in, then she started complaining about not being able to do anything for 4 hours, and that going was a waste of her time as she didn't like catchphrase.... Why bother going, give your place to someone who wanted to go!!!!! All in all totally disappointed, couldn't even re-book as they are half way through a working day, such as Friday at 2pm, when most people have to work.
