You get £10 free no deposit but if you win you have go spend the £10 free bonus before you can withdraw your winnings. So I won £27 and had £7 left in bonus so bought £7 worth of bingo tickets to get rid of the bonus so I could withdraw my winnings ,no it doesn't work like that, it just kept taking my winnings
Took 3 phone calls and 3 online chat sessions, they said basically you will never get your winnings and things like "SOZ for this" and having a go at me!!
Now they sorted this out I managed to withdraw my winnings. After 3 days I haven't received anything so emailed them and they want copy of passport, copy of bank card and bank statements but they said about 10 times, this isn't a tactic to stop people getting their winnings! Yeah right!
I will be reporting this company as I believe they are conning people im sure I will never see my winnings and I'm not prepared to give them my passport details and bank details
Luckily I've lost no money as the £10 was free to start with. Just feel sorry for people that put their money in and never see it again
