“Do not shop here”

I ordered some sitting room furniture from furniture uk online, but after not hearing from them for a few days I rang them and spoke to a woman about delivery, they emailed me later to say that the order was ready, but that some of the order had been damaged and would be delayed for 3 more weeks, not happy with this as I wanted my firniture before this, I cancelled the order, and they said they would send me a cheque for the £293.40 that they had taken for my card, the chque bounced, so I rang them and they said they would put the money back through my card, but guess what that didn't happen either, I have also given them my bank details so that they can pay it back, but nothing. How can these people get away with this, it is day
Light robbery and I see I am not the only one to be ripped off like this, I have been in contact with my,bank and I am now setting up a dispute to try and get some money back through my card company, I am so angry that I have been caught out like this as I am usually so careful, but from now on I will be much more wary.
Do not deal with this company, they have taken money for me that I cannot afford and they just get away with it.
