Booked two flights to Tampa in march with BA and was unable to fly due to work commitments. No support from Holidaygenie despite BA telling me directly that they would consider changing the tickets so I lost £3000. Still trying to get the taxes back 6 months later and am now in contact with ABTA.once they have your money they dot give a damn
