“incredibly rude customer service”

I contacted the company via email for a free no obligation visit and was firstly sent a series of questions one of which asking if i was a landlord and then told there was a £45 call out fee. I was then emailed in a very unprofessional manner asking what I wanted to spend and then told there was 'no chance' all i was asking was for was some ball mark figures and a breakdown of costs, replied in an unprofessional manner. Do not use
