Good Points
Contemporary looks, spectacular performance if good mains cold water pressure is available.

Bad Points
Despite instructions stating otherwise, does not work well if cold water supply is from a storage tank unless the tank has at least a 3-4 metre head to the shower spray.

General Comments
Croydex H2O Hydro-Powered Mixer - I spent a week trying to make the unit work from a storage tank cold water supply (2 metre head with tank full) this included cleaning out the tank, pipes, and adjusting the stopcock so that the tank was as full as possible. Despite this, pressure at the spray head was pathetic, and the shower would only run cold.

I then ran a mains cold water supply to the mixer unit and wow! Pressure is now much better than a pumped power shower elsewhere in the house, and temperature control is extremely stable with no danger of scalding even at maximum heat settings. I would have given this product an overall rating of 10 stars, if it had not been for the slightly misleading claims regarding suitable water supply.
