Express Solicitors was contacted to handle an accident case which happened in Scotland. I wasn't aware that Accident claim lawyers who are not resident in Scotland cannot handle the case. But immediately Express Solicitors realized that I am resident in Scotland, they immediately informed me and transferred my case to a lawyer who is resident in Scotland. I wasn't left unattended at any point. So i didn't feel the change because they switch to a Scottish resident lawyer was so quick and smooth. This is a mark of professionalism.
