We have just returned from the WORST 3 day break ever. When we arrived the first thing we had to do was make payment for the three days. I had explained that my wife was disabled BUT we were not told that there was no lift and I had to struggle up the stairs with my wife and cases as there is no one to help.For the whole 3 days there were workmen refurbishing the whole reception area and there was a constant smell of paint throughout the hotel and old plaster and bare wires all around the area we had to walk through the owner an Indian person said that the refurbishing was on the web site which is a lie and Laterooms.com had not mentioned it to us. I myself have asthma and we had to go outside a lot throughout our stay. No compensation was offered not even a drink.
I hope that your company is going to take this complaint seriously and keep me informed.
