Ordered 8 items and paid £19.99 for premium membership to ensure next day delivery as I was going on holiday the following day so needed the items quick. Received an email stating there was an issue so I contacted them as soon as i read it. They needed my DOB to authorise the transaction, this was given over the phone but they took it incorrectly and when the transaction didnt authorize they didnt even bother to get back in touch with me to say there was still an issue with it. This resulted in me not receiving any items for my holiday as I was already away when they arrived days later.
