Clear, easy & straightforward booking process online, even a reduction on the price of our flight. At the end of the booking process it said "booking pending" & asked me to call..... oh no !! I was convinced there was a problem but the person that I spoke to was lovely, very reassuring & promised to call me back with confirmation asap. True to his word I got a call about 10 minutes later to confirm we were all booked & paid for....hooray !! I'm sorry if I deafened him with my shriek of joy ! He ended the conversation by congratulating us on our 25th wedding anniversary (the reason for our trip) & wishing us an amazing holiday, a nice touch, thank you Qwerty.
