This is the worst washing machine I have ever purchased the paddles broke twice within 3 months and are not covered by warranty but need an engineer to inspect and try and blame the customer. All we want is a refund and keep getting frustrated with scripted call centre run around from indesit and currys. When buying the machine there was no mention of weak plastic paddles breaking which are not covered by warranty. In fact there is no such thing as customer care. I am going to inform trading standards with regards to poor quality goods and a non resolved approach to customer care. No doubt they will say if you pay more money with our care plan then your covered blah blah blah
