I've not yet received a refund for a phone they couldn't unlock over 30 days ago. This company should be investigated because the other thing I noticed is it will not take visa cards, (come up with can't accept this number) only takes direct debt?
This is because you don't have the same sort of cover as visa, therefore making it harder to get your money back.
