I am now on medication for for stress and depression due to what has happened since I took a loan with Nemo Finance. Their customer service is appallingly bad and they are heartless human beings. I was made redundant for a period and although they accepted smaller payments for several months they kept applying £500 per month of interest which made the loan escalate out of control and although I'm now working and making extraordinary high payments to try and get back on track they are now wanting all the arrears paid at once or they are going for a repossession. Citizens Advice Bureau and other financial advisors cannot help me and I'm now just waiting to be made homeless by these evil people.
All people who have been treated this way by Nemo Personal Finance must get together and organise some direct action so that we have a more powerful voice to lobby the FSA, Ombudsman and other financial regulatory authorities. Please reply if you are interested.
