“ICS Overall Course”

The distance Learning was great for me as i could study around my home and work life, the only think that was a little frustrating was if you needed tutor help you could not ring them direct, all questions had to be posted online and sometimes it took days to get a reply back.The workshops in birmingham for the Coaching and mentoring module was fantastic the tutor was great and he really put everyone at ease, i did not really like the second workshop i attended in Birmingham i felt the assessment style of the tutor could have been better.over all i really enjoyed my distance learning.
