“Overall service, communication and delivery”

The site is very easy to navigate informative to us pond yacht enthusiasts, which I am, some great items available. The service in the form of response to emails was first rate, I have asked a number of questions on renovation tips and received clear concise and readable replies. Ordering goods is very easy and the dispatch was very quick, being informed by email at all stages of the process. I would recommend this site to any model yacht enthusiast, a place that you can find the answers, or receive the response which can signpost you to a site that can meet your needs.
