“Just hope you don't have to ring them”

Insurance replacement started well. Dealt with advisor who helped select replacement of similar spec and the right size. That had to be ordered which was fine and it came in on the date suggested and delivery was arranged. It didn't arrive on the agreed delivery date when I had taken the day off at which point I got to experience a lot of the recorded music. When I did get eventually get through I was told that the call centre couldn't help but they would leave a message for customer services who would call me first thing the next morning. No call so more recorded music and eventually got through. They couldn't tell me where the bike was or why it hadn't been delivered but promised to call me back. I'm still waiting for them to call me back to tell when it will be delivered even though the bike has now been delivered, fortunately when somebody was in. The state of the box it came in would suggest the delivery delay was because the courier had to find a suitable hedge to drag it backwards and forwards through.
