“great hotel in venice.”

great location, 50 metres from the arsenale vaporetto station(water ferry),10 mmetres from the front promenade, close to st.marks square and other attractions.three terrific restaurants in the same square.very friendly and helpful staff,lovely rooms, modern décor and very clean.
Only negative was room clean and towel change was every three days bwhich I thought was too long.
