After having been a satisfied customer for quite a while I have been disappointed with the service I have received with my last order placed on the 28th of last month.
The garlic bulbs received were of poor quality and needed replacing so I emailed to let you know after finding that it was impossible to phone you as your mailbox was full! I have had the usual automated reply that someone will reply when they are available...but how long?!!! I have emailed three times and still have not received a reply.
Very disappointed.
