I bought a ticket in last may and for some reason I had to cancel it. I was told I will be refunded partially after 30 working days. it has been more than more than 4 months now and I have not received the money.
Every time I call they say we will check with our accounting department and you will be paid very soon.
What a bad response from the customer service who promise to help every time but nothing happened.
this is the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. very bad customer service.. My advise to you is to avoid dealing with them.
