“Poor attitude and inflexible”

We joined the classes when little one was almost 3 months old and little one just loves being in the water.
The classes are ok but very slow progress.
However, unfortunately the office's attitude and organisation is appalling; quite rude, disorganised and would tell you plain lies. Not happy and I would most definitely consider other companies.
