“Horrible Customer serivce/ delivery”

I purchased 2 lamps online that I had seen in the store and really liked and that were unfortunately not available in any of their London stores. Shipping time frame when order was placed was "within 3 day". On day 5 of placing my order and not having received it. I called customer service I was informed order was on its way but they did not have exact delivery date?!. A shipping confirmation and or tracking order were never emailed to me. On day 7 I called again they said it was our for delivery and would arrive no later than 6pm that day. I waited all day stuck in house waiting for these lamps to be delivered. 6pm rolled around still no delivery. Called customer service they told me driver was delayed and that would definitely arrive by 8pm . 8pm rolled around nothing. Called customer service they said they were officially closed for day and could not provide me with any information. Called the following morning to complain told them I had waited ALL DAY for lamps and no delivery. They gave me a 3hr time frame for that day. When lamps finally arrived one of them was damaged/ defective. These were not cheap lamps. Overall horrible customer service and very unprofessional. They need to come up with a more reliable and efficient delivery system and way of communicating shipment status to customers like any decent large company such as theirs would have. Have never seen a poorer service. No eta/ no tracking notification , definitely not within time frame and to top off product arrived damaged. I would say if you absolutely must by product do so in store.
