“Great after sales service”

I bought a Dynavin unit for my X-5 2004 for an upgrade, since the original unit started to fail (freezing screen). The new unit arrived on time, I installed it and it worked almost perfectly, except for the sound, with volume going down for short periods (1 second) and going up again. I started to contact the customer support and always received on time explanations for the installation process. About the sound problem, I got a new CAN bus unit that solved the problem.

I really appreciate the help after sale. It was an expensive unit so as a customer you expect to have it working properly, and the Dynavin staff made sure I got the best possible support.

And, by the way, the product is really a great upgrade, keeping the original style.
