“S..l...o...w...very slow”

Applied for my mortgage aplication on 3rd September'14. It was referred as they say most of the applications are referred. Was supposed to hear back in 2 working days but took 4 working days. Then they send the form which I completed and returned to branch 12th September and they would return it to HO with all the documents. Kept phoning them for 2 weeks and they said they have not received the application so I requested a new form. Got a new form after 4 days and next day just I was about to post it, got a call saying we have received ur applcation and u need to pay fees which I did on phone via card. Then they said they'll check the documents in 2 days and get back to me - again took a week. Branch did not scan 2nd side of my residence permit so went to branch again and they emailed and faxed HO with the residence permit. Phoned HO to confirm all OK now and they said it not stamped and signed by branch - seriously?? it is faxed and emailed by the YBS branch itself and you still want it stamped?(idi0ts) Went to branch again next day and this time stamped and signed a copy and then emailed it. Now the application was supposed to be looked at straight away but they say because the document is received today it will be looked at next working day...it has been 5 weeks since I applied and they still havent reviewed the application. Most important, I have a move in date of next week which I have told them about 50 times and if that doesn't work out, I'll be homeless. People on phone are like machine who only play the same recorded message - "I dont know", "I'll make a not on system". The whole point of taking a note is to act on it, but obviously they need humans to act on notes and decide urgency. Machines can only follow a simple sequence of applications.
