This Company will ignore good trading practices whilst trying to portray themselves as a caring Company. They will feed you misinformation and tell you lies. And if you have a complaint that they don't like they will ignore that too. If you are going to make a purchase from them, then please use a credit card as then you will at least have the backing of the credit card company.
